Download the code and go to your blogger, then go layout, then edit HTML. Revert to Classic Template and clear all the original codes inside the box and paste these codes in and save changes.
Nevermind about changing the time or anything of the clock, once you change your time at the bottom right of your pc, the clock will automatically change also.
