Inspiration? Interesting... But lousy combination for portraying the idea. Also, I don't like the stretched pixels effect,looks like something the cat dragged in.

The frames were nice, and the colour blending in the frames is good. But you need a better idea.

There is room for improvement, get more solid ideas which can be portrayed and brought forth better.

In my opinion, you can do LOTS better, this could be one of your worse.

Whatever I say is constructive criticism, don't take it too hard, and I hope you'll improve, I still look up to your skills.
