well. i think its a tad too plain. i agree with cellytubbies. but great effort still for your first piece of skin!

not really. i choose to disagree with cellytubbies. that's my own opinion but i think it fits kinda well everything are done in proportion and not misaligned. i believe it's meant to be plain and not much of effects.

plain though. =]] i love billy. so do try to make a better skin out of his super whoa face.
