This template doesnt give me the snowy design nor the wintery feeling either..=S sry but instead it gives me a rather stiff feeling, perhaps because u applied bevel and level to your stars etc. But gd try at the slow glow for the lines to make them look soft, but your design's name is winter snowy nite, so should try to make it have a more wintery xmas-sy feeling, gd try though (:
