This would look very much better if you extended the image to include the links on the side. And also fade the repeated layer, because the contrast between those shades of blue and white isn't very good. Overall, it's pretty nice =)

did u use the cutout effect in Photoshop? cus i think u over did it a little. Anyway i think ur lay. is gorgeous accept its too big. I had to stretch my eyes. lol
