colour combi is simple and sweet. not hard on the eyes. the link hovers are pretty okay, but i don't really favour the ribbon. (that's not the point haha)
can improve on the headers, and perhaps differentiate each section properly. like, add a line between disclaimer and profile and all that.
also, dotted lines are used to differentiate profile from entries, and also the "your-url.blogspot.com" from the rest of the skin. also, the link hovers are underlined with dotted lines. too many dotted lines do make the skin look weird :x

anyway, amazing for a first try. credits are properly done up ;D jiayou, play around with more colours and experiment with more codes. you'll be a great skinner
