okay, i'm very honest and may seem harsh, but actually i don't find this appealing, except maybe for the link hover.
although, i can forgive you for that, because this is only your 2nd skin. (:

& try adding a background + image?
and experiment with different border types (like instead of "solid", try "dashed" or "dotted" or "double" and try changing the px (which is the width)) to get different effects. (:
