but still, a few points to take note of:
1) image quality.
improve image quality.. ya?? the girl seem pixellated(though i understand it's difficult because it's an animation)
2) match the polka dots well.
the polka dots in the image is kind of.. bigger than the background ones.. and i can see cut off line between the image and the background..

3) overlapping
yes, overlapping like the previous few comment-ers said. move the navigations abit more towards the right(increase the number eg. left:542
4) font colour.
the font colour should be a little(only a little) brighter or darker... because as you can see the blockquote..
the font colour is like camouflaged by the background..

it's great to see you finally changing the style and improving.

cause the previous skins can be done easily by just changing the images..
