hey, so sorry this took so long, but basically what you do is:

1) Log in to your blogger account
2) Go to your layout page
3) Click on the tab "View HTML" (or something like that)
4) Scroll to the bottom of the screen and
5) Click "revert to classic template"
6) Paste this blogskin's codes in the space
