I think it would look much better if you used a brighter colour scheme.

Your preview picture isn't of the layout.

The flashing letters used is effective, however the skin could be improved. It's too plain, and I barely see any relevance within the skin that is related to dance. Perhaps add a dance song, or a darker background would do.
