my name's wei xin. and i only rate 5 stars for any skins that i LOVE[so far. haha.]. if i don't think it's good enough, i'll just shut that mouth of mine OR not give any rating at all. ;)cos i don't wanna create trouble. in blogskins. xD and i can't really give "constructive comments" myself as i don't make skins, and not really sure bout blending and all that stuffs. but i must say that i have seen many many brilliant blogskins, like those i've faved. =D shall continue faving. ;)
