My average rating for skins is 4 stars; therefore, I'm easy going! xD

I only rate skins down because ;
01. Your did'nt credit the basecoder, regardless of whichever base coder did it.
02. I'm angry ! roflmfao.
03. Your image is ripped or THE WHOLE SKIN BEING RIPPED.

& when I say rate skins down, I mean 0.5 stars regardless of whatever type of skin it it.

Last but not least, Dont take your anger on my skins.
Dont rate me down just because you hate me.
