[gene] No, I think it's better with a circular feathered effect, rectangle just makes it extremely boring which is a big NO-NO to such a plain skin. Plain skins are nice and I like yours!

Nice pictures, but it does not give me a sense of serenity. Instead, it reminds me of Madonna's Hung Up. I guess you can use a new picture of Madonna and make a 'Confessions on a Dancefloor' skin.

Hate the long drag-iness of your skin. Use blogskins that have subpages; eg. navigation buttons bring you to another page like entries or profile. That would be better.

Can try experimenting with your purple image like position it to your left.
