eh.. I don't feel like typing out the things I think is wrong with this. Let me just shorten it:
-icons, color, and the way the things are floating all over the place.

I agree with Benny- Poser... I mean Avril isn't exactly my favorite artist when it comes to "rock". And the picture of the kid is cool, but I think that it would have been better looking if:
1.) The kid was an actualy picture with his guitar and headphones and sittin' on the street or somethin' cool like that.
2.) realy rock music (sorry Avril.)
3.) Since it's like a cool fun guitar kinda thing, I think the whole layout should have been a "black-and-hotpink" kinda thing.

... of course, this is just my opinion. Other than that, nice work.
