I may not be a pro but I adore designing layouts etc
Currently, I own 2 lovely domains where I dedicate my time to ;33

&. I only design anime & gaming related layouts [and graphics
for that matter] because I prefer to do things
that I LIKE ♥

&. You may dislike and even loathe my works and
may even give contructive criticism...
BUT! Don't start swearing at me just because of that...
=.= I am still learning too

and forget to credit me. I spent a lot of time on these designs.

&. I probably won't submit designs very regularly

I have no time to maintain a
graphics site or something like that... so yeah ;]

&. As for the way I rate... ermmm...
Not very complicated but I'd probably rate only when I feel
that the layout is a 5 stars skin x33
Otherwise, I may just leave a comment without
any ratings. I don't want to rate anyone down.
