HOW I RATE
i give 5 stars most of the time. im easily satisfied. (: haha. just have a decent layout and if there is a pic, the pic should be nice / not pixellated. thats all.


i dont like to rate on skins that dont appeal to me, like anime/celebrities/movies/singers i dont like. this is to avoid rating low cause i just dont like the pic. but if i do rate, i'll judge the skin by other things other than the pic, layout etc etc.


so long as your skin is not empty, you're most likely to earn above 3.5 (:


i dont give any stars to empty skins, btw.


i'll give below 3.5 if i think you seriously need improvement/your skin is really not nice. my apologies.

ME SKINS ARE DONE ON
maxthon browser, 1024 X 768 resolution. (: sorry, i dont test my skins on other browsers. but maxthon is just another version of IE, right? so its fine most of the time so, shouldnt be a problem like firefox. (:
