well, i think otherwise... coz the image is nice, i'm giving a 3. for the overall layout and codes, i'll add on another star. that's my opinion, reason being the overall feel, colours and style... all that might need more work to make it a lil more presentable

you know it's not very nice if you submit skins like that without putting in an effort to at least make something presentable? you could at least realign the boxes, change the font colour, or pick up a skill or two before submitting your work. :/
