The entire skin looks flat and kind of boring. I think You should attempt to beautify the codes. Maybe not the blue background too.

did you ask that deviant artist's permission before using that image?

The design is kind of vacant and those snow thingies seem too big and as if to cover up the "vacant" ness of this layout. Chosen pastels kinda bland and the drawings are not detail enough. How about adding some shadows to bring out those details next time?

It's not well done. The layout is flat, the picture quality is not good. And the layout is awkward too. I mean, why put the profile there? Some people get really wordy and will ruin the image. I don't think it's something that you can change about that, so in that case your layout structure isn't good. Background colour is not a good choice, coupled with a simple picture like that your whole skin looks really amateurish. I would suggest using lighter coloured background or some patterns to go along with it. But then simple picture sometimes make good layouts but you must have brilliant CSS, or nice colours etc. That's another thing.. but for now, as compared to your other layouts this does look a little amateurish. I'm not gonna rate, stars IS a big issue, yes? I would rather post honest opinions that be here for a squabble.

everybody's doing the cmyk thing... before making one layout like that ask yourself what makes YOUR layout stand out from others? in any case, you NEED to coordinate your colours properly.

headers are not very distinctive. try using a colour wheel to coordinate your colours (on the hair and clothes and everything)! your lineart is very blurry, did you resize it? try not to.
