How I rate ppl's skins???
0 to 0.5 starz: Lame skin !!! or WHAT kind of skin is this thing??? or U r a ripper !!! U ripped ppl's skins !!!
1 to 3 starz: Ok !!! Need to improve more... or... you only added a pic or a cbox or ther craps... I'll tell it lame !!!
4 to 5 starz: Love it... or need to improve but not that bad... sometimes, I'll fave it...

How I make skins???
I am usually editing ppl's skins and change it to something else... but I'll write the basecode... If you all think I am ripper, do tell me ok??? But I'll try my best to make it different and good...
