Concerning my skins..

-I'm more focused on the graphic design over the html codes..
-Please host the images because I don't know when the images will 'break down' or disappear:(
-I try to credit the graphics to whichever source I can track~
-Currently using simple programs and GIMP(still learning)

You got the image from the wallpapers at san-x.co.jp right?:)
Anyway,you can try improving the general colour scheme of this skin..I would try a white background and light-coloured text combination...
It will be nicer if it had a soft and cute appearance/feel~
The quality of the image can be improved:)
Try cropping or giving a frame for the picture and add some small details!

Hi,it's you again...I think the only thing that's different from I see from your previous layouts is the change in colour for the background.
If this is meant to be a plain layout,it's ok...
But if you want it to be better,give it a theme and add some graphics at the top:)
