I am not sure if I got it mistaken. But I did email the artist and she replied saying she wasn't aware of you using her image. So I don't think this is what you called "seeked permission". I don't think I am bring rude or anything. Anyway either way you still didn't create the image, you merely coded it and that's easy task.

Did you ask for the permission of the creator the image on threadless before using it on your skin? Otherwise it's still considered ripping. So what if you gave credits? It's still image theft.
