I once said...


you shouldn't have to
clarify anything when
judging a skin. the whole
point of the Star system
was to give points for
QUAILITY of skin, not
whether or not it suits
your personality, is
your favorite color, or
you wish the font was
blinkin. If a skin is
put together well and
has great appeal.. give
it the credit it deserves.
