Im rather new to skinning, and still trying to get the basics right.
I know most of my skins aren't really that nice yet, but im trying to improve on them.
erm..i think CONSTRUCTIVE comments are veryvery important.
infact, they mean a lot to people.
its not the ratings that help but the comments.
CONSTRUCTIVE ones.
because only through such comments will you know where your mistakes are, and how you can correct them.
I believe very strongly in the importance of comments.
They are not just therefor fun.
They are there to help me make better skins.
w/o comments,
my skins wld still be more or less the same cuz i wld not know where to improve on it.

and no RIPPERS please.
its very unfair tp the dsigner.
to put in so much effort and
not get the deversed credit is very demoralising.
so again, leave the credits alone.
