Hello There Lovely people.

My name is Celeste , and currently 16 this year.
I would appreciate it if you would leave comments on my skins,
so that i can improve for the better.
and yes, i dont make very good skins, but i think they're acceptable.

i create blogskins not everyday, but occassionally when i feel like doing so, so yeah, keep looking out for more.

I dont like it when people degrade my skin by saying that's it's too plain and yadayada , because that's the way it's supposed to be.
so accept for whatever skin i've submitted :)

I did this skin in IE. Not FF/opera.
So if there's something wrong with how you see the skin , sorry.
i didnt make this skin to please you only .

and 2 stars is really mean of you.
I think this skin deserves more than 3 stars.

so , search your conscience before degrading my skin.
if you can do something better than this, show it to me , then i'll gladly accept the 2 stars given.
