Paul Frank; NECLT(;

After trying over and over again, I finally made a skin that appleased me, I hope it does to you all also, It's based on Paul Frank.

I found the image in Google, By searching "Paul Frank", I stumbled across the image in the site, So hence, Credit to Google & Paul Frank also.

It is only suitable for IE 6.1 & Above Users, It looks terrible in Mozilla as the box becomes black instant of the original look that it's suppose to be.

So i apologize to those that are using different browsers but want to use this skin, I'll try to find a way and see if i can alter the problem.

You can edit any part of the layout however, just don't take away the credit sign, But since it was simply made, I don't really object to it, Leave it up to your conscience.

EDITED! I think i got what Emillie meant, I edited it already, If it looks better, That's great!.
