s'been a long time since i made one due to the madness of my computer XD lol chobits is quite a popular anime so i mite as well feature chii in this skin :) best for screens wif 1024x768px

btw i made this outta boredom~~~ so dun except much from it XD lol i will most likely make a FF8 skin nxt time so thnks n cyaz
