Sunglasses Required!

CSS only based template, no tables. *Very bright* summery design with boxes for your weblog and a right hand sidebar, though the colours are easily changeable from the inline stylesheet. You could use this as a basis for creating your own all CSS template by changing the colours, fonts, positioning etc.

There is a less bright version of the same layout at No Sunglasses Required!
