try adding some padding :)
you might wanna reduce the size of some of the columns so that the whole thing doesn't look like a chunk of words/stuff.

myadversity should really include some proper constructive criticism with his comments.

Anyway, the design itself is nice, but the sidebars sort of clash with the main post area, so I suggest you add some space between them?
The colours are good :)
