If you're profile is too long or too short you would have to lower down/move up the 'top:' part in the 'Misc' section by increasing the number/decreasing the number. The same goes to the 'Link' and 'Credit' if you're tagboard height is really long.

I'm really sorry because I'm still a beginner at such stuff.

Some of the sections may have a very wide space. I left it like that so that you guys out there would not have to change the sections in case you're links are just right. But still, you can change the 'top:' section
P/S: You can change the color of the border to whatever color that pleases you. Same goes to the picture. But leave the credits alone.
