I love my Paint Shop Pro graphics program. It has allowed me to make many neat graphics that are the backdrop to my blog skins. This is just another image that I made with that program. The image looked differently when I saved it to my hard drive, but what you see is the final result of my effort. It's a simple skin that has four scrolling sections.

If you don't know by now, the standard courtesy rule is to save the images and save them to your own servers. If you're needing someplace to store images for free that doesn't have a bandwith limit, you can go to Free Image Hosting and Free Picture Hosting. This is where all of my images are uploaded and I've never had a problem with them. I've noticed that from time to time their server takes a break and you can't see the grahpics, but it rarely lasts very long. There's no limit on how many images you can upload here either.
