Inspired by "Hot As Ice" by Britney Spears, and starring Britney herself.
Resubmitted because I changed the font in the image... Agreed that the previous image's font was weird.
Anyway! Please re-rate if you've rated before yeah? [:

Note! I put the words where they are because after I added the effects to the original photo, Britney looked naked. She wasn't in the original photo, it's just that her neckline was rather low. Alright?

Oh! And the image is slightly blur due to lens distortion effect. As well as, the white parts are light effects. :)
