HAPPY 2008!!!!

i don't have any specific descriptions for this skin but i just hope everyone will like it. it's something i made some time ago.

things you should know:
- best viewed in screen size 1024x768
- not tested in FF, SORRY

- ok theres an error because the alignment is kinda crappy, preview here
