Kind if a resubmission of blogskin #3?
Done in PAINT, so don't expect it to look very good.
I did this in mozilla firefox, so if there is any problem on other browsers, please inform me.

Changes i made:
-Font in the picture is less pixelated (thanks to raine69)
-Removed one small picture
