hmm.. i just think that the background is okay ( if u really wanna use it ) .. i suggest you should make the border with a different pink so that the white wont be too stand out .

omg it's not good. so not good.
why?
[1] this colour of pink is TOO bright, my eyes hurt.
[2] polka dots are not nice if they're too big, smaller ones are nicer as they don't make the eyes strain so much and are more relaxing actually.
[3] when making simple and common skins like this, jazz it up more, if not it's too conventional and not really nice.

i might sound unreasonable, but it's true.
a good skin is nice and beautiful to look at, but is also easy-on-the-eye.
if you want to use bright pink, use less of it, too much spoils the effect. (:
