second blogskin! with the theme of neon
made this during my exam week which isn't good for my results...
i spent much more time with this skin instead of studying lol
hope you all like it

note: template might look screwed up when you download it but just paste it in blogger and it will look ok

edit! i just fixed some errors where the decoration in the post area went haywire..it should be ok right now sitting on the upper right corner like it should
