Um.
Finally got some inspiration -.- I was literally squashing my brain for ideas.
Ooh ooh and HAPPY CHINESE NEW YEAR! ((: xin nian kuai le, wan shi ru yi! :D

There probably won't be much comments since most people are usually out visiting. Hehe, but I'm done with this skin, so I might as well just submit it - no point keeping it until six in the evening to submit, right -.- ahaha.

The girl's head is meant to be cut off. I don't really like the way her hair's spread out - looks kinda like Medusa -.- so I cut it off. Not that bad cut off isn't it? :D

RATING MATTERS

And I do mean NO.
PLEASE PLEASE give me a reason if you want to rate me down.
People hardly listen. If I see such ratings again then it'll just be plain disappointing. I'll just ignore it completely.
If you hate me, don't rate.
Constructive comments are definitely appreciated, as long as you put it in a calm manner.
No "yucks this sucks man friggin ugly (0.5 stars)" give me tips to improve as well. Something like "The background should be -insert comment- to make it better. The image is a little pixellated, save it as PNG instead in future (: Nice effort." Each comment will be taken seriously. It's new year, lets keep things nice and avoid making the situation nasty =)

This skin is NOT tested in Mozilla Firefox. Chances are it'll work just as well, but I don't know. It looks fine in IE, so PLEASE do not rate me down because you see something dodgy in firefox. Do refer to the screenshot instead (:
