what makes you suit to be a designer by just putting strips, if yes then, everyone can be a designer by just changing the colours of the css.

retro can be meaning the colours, bud you gotta do some work on the coding as well, almost all of your layouts are of the same alignment, you just change the colour give it another name and call it a "SKIN".
