This is a skin delicate to my new mei for her class blog.. hope they all like it.. u all can also use it for ur class or use as ur blogskin.Dun rate me low because i use paint only not photoshop.. dun compare me to them.. I did my best.. give me reasonable comments and i will create better skins in the future...i hope i can get top rated.. puppy eyes...
