Wheeee. One of many to come.

RetardART isn't actually one person. It's a group of people(and aliens). We upload skins made by our members. We don't actually collaborate to do a skin(not yet) so it's just a place where a few of us share their skins. Hope you like it.

The idea of RetardART came about when I asked shikaye(this designer) to upload her skin. She didn't have an account on this glorious website. So. We just made a group account. xD

Note from designer skikaye:
this skin is emo. angsty. angry.... you get the picture, basically something i thought of when i was super depressed.
