This is a bluish skin with a grungy feel (for me anyway). There's a bit of animation and a lot of mess lol. :)

BTW the lyrics link at credits isn't closed properly, it turns the word 'brushes' into a link as well. And the blockquote bg looks rather strong on the light post bg...
but the image is cute and so're the brushes! jiayou!
