Oooh. So, I have difficulty finding Free And Reliable Web Host. So I compiled this thread to review all I've found. With reviews. And opinions. (Will add more and more after I found more). And if you know any blog hosting website, feel free to post it here.
My Top 5 [Not in any order]
1) Blogger
Skins : Very easy to find. It's right here. 
Posting : It's kind of easy but some people might get confused between the 'Edit Post' and 'Compose'.
Other Points : You can change your URL anytime you want.
Marks
Skins : 10/10
Posting : 9/10
Others : 10/10
Total : 29/30
2) Freewebs
Skins : They provide sample skins for you but you can only change the colour.
Posting : You can only post if you have created a 'blog' page.
Other Points : You can follow the tutorial and they can help you create the pages of your blog.

Skins : 8/10
Posting : 8/10
Others : 9/10
Total : 25/30
3) BlogDrive
Skins : Everything in a blogskin here can be placed except for the post. (Which means that the post would be like %58# Marks
Skins : 8/10

4) LiveJournal
Skins : There are a few site that have skins for LiveJounal. (Few are mentioned )
Posting : Quite easy with many choices such as polls by LJ itself.
Others : Site is quite simple to use, with easy navigations.

5) WordPress
Skins : Skins would be provided for your use but no colour choosing.
Posting : Real simple. It's not confusing and not complicated.

mate, but my plain opinion is one should not ever consider free web hosting if he is searching for reliable and good hosting. As when somebody says it;s unlimited actually there's nothing unlimited.
anyway...i think 24hostingnow would be better.

Blogger, Livejournal and Wordpress aren't exactly web hosts (:
Webhosts I think define more as Freewebs, which gives you a domain, and its file directory that requires Index.html files, and can also keep your own files.
Blogger doesn't really allow that, I think webhosts should be like freewebs that allows you to upload files, Eg: Making a forum requires loads of files, but in blogger, we can't do anything like that. Theres only "template".
