Hellos~ okie, i noe i m soooo stupid, but can i juz ask, how to use relink skin?? i'm feeling sooo blur now.. thks a million...

It's really easy.
Step 1 : Find a RELINK skin that you like.
Step 2 : Download it
Step 3 : Go to Blogger
Step 4 : Change your old URL to the new one you want to change to
Step 5 : Create a new blog with your old URL'S URL.
Step 6 : Edit the relink skin to your new URL in some space the skinner had left.
Step 7 : Save it and TaDa!
Note : Please note that at Step 4, go to settings, and publishing.
