Yes I think blogger is the best. It is fully customizable and you can publish posts with a click of a button.

Blogger is very good - but not fully customizable as you mentioned. The post comment function directs to an standard "Blogger" page which I don't like, the Atom feed should be more customizable and Blogger doesn't support "tags". Also I love the community blogs of LiveJournal and the possibility of private and official postings.
Besides all those "issues" I like it very well.

I hope I'm not digging any threads  Well, I won't call this digging thread cos' no one actually views threads under this catergory, well, most of the people view under general, ANYWAY.
Xanga is equally good Blogger is HTML-friendly and user-friendly but when posting it's certainly not HTML-friendly. Xanga is rather good, but I'm still using blogger

BLOGGER D i have a xanga too and editing it gives me LOADS OF PROBLEMS. And the HTML there is so much more complicate. Blogger is really user friendly and blogger saves ALL your work, so if your window suddenly blanks out on you, you still have the saved draft from what you were posting. BLOGGER

*ahem* I beg to defer. How 'bout Textpattern? Wordpress? Cutenews? (Cutenews isn't great anyway) Blogger isn't all that good. You guys need more exposure. Rank blogging tools, and Blogger will probably be among the bottom few.

i heart blogger.
firstly, because you get to use html to do your layout and it auto-saves your work!
plus you can change your url when you want to.
dont really like xanga or livejournal because hard to comment (keeps screwing up on me). however i think different people have different opinions.
