My advice is to ignore her. If she is truly just a kid then she is just trying to work your nerves (and it looks like she's doing a good job). Don't bother responding to her comments and she will eventually grow bored with it and go away. Making posts about her on the forums, however, is just going to increase her annoying behavior.

ermmm... that is so bad.i dont create skins,cause okay,i don't know how to do them,but i dont rip!all the efforts of that skin,is from a designer,if everyone appreciates it,and dont rip,wouldnt it be a better,greater,nicer blogskin community?so RESPECT is the word.agree?
