Dude, I really don't like it when people, who haven't made a skin critize people who've worked hard to make skins. I mean, a1 hasn't done a single skin, but makes fun of me and cute_hamster, who's trying! Myles you should only let those who make skins comment! And if anyone wants to comment, they have to make a skin! I know mine aren't the best, but at least I made a skin! I hope at least some of that made some sense...

it does make sense, you know, something like, if you can't do it yourself what right do you have to criticise others who are at least trying.
However, I also think that through criticisms you improve. frankly, if you don't like what a1 says, think he's not justified, that your skin is perfect then just ignore him.

I dont think that not letting people comment that haven't made a skin, because how else are you supposed to know what people want? And you mean you wouldn't want people saying when they like the design? Not all comments are critical, and taking the bad comments with the good is just part of it. Just ignore the comments you don't like, and concentrate on the ones that actually give helpful suggestions.
And making it so they have to make a skin to comment would just result in an overload of horribly put together/sloppy skins so they could comment.
