Would it be a good idea to have the skins database searchable by colors? You could have skin submitters put in keywords (ie blue, green, etc) and that way, maybe people would find what they want a little easier.

Great idea. Perhaps the categorising could be developed just a bit more. For eg, instead of just colours, you might like to add something like style. Classy, sweet, dramatic, natural, digital, etc. The categorising could be either as ebedgert suggested, by keywords, or you might wanna think about categorising by splitting the blog designs into different compartment thingies. Like say I'm interested in classy blog designs, I just click on the link and voah lah, only classy designs there.
