I have been looking for tutorials and studying basecodes for some time now and I still can't figure out how to code my layout that I'm working on.
Can you please explain to me how to code different boxes/frames/div layers so that it's floating around the page and can fit into the bubbles and drawings I've done?

such example of a floating frame would be something like,

blogskins.com/info/46585
blogskins.com/info/52067/
