There is a background image in this blogskin and does anyone know what tool is used to create this type of effect and how? Help is appreciated... (:

The effect can be made using photoshop or microsoft fireworks and i think theres this tool to apply a blurred kind'a colour, so you just select the colours approppriately then thats all =)
