there's sooo many kind of adobe photoshop..
adobe photoshop element 2.0
adobe photoshop element 4.0
adobe photoshop element 5.0 ....is there any free website 2 do a blogskin without downloading???

Use Adobe photoshop CS2.
Paint Shop Pro X.
Microsoft power point.

DO NOT USE Adobe Photoshop Elements.
I tried, it was not as good as Adobe Photoshop 7.0 or CS2. CS2 is more confusing then 7.0, definitely.

I'd say that you try out PS 7 first if you can get your hands on a good copy. In my opinion this is one of the best versions. I use Photoshop CS2, but it actually depends on what you're comfortable with.
