What programme(s), if you make image-based blogskins, do you use to edit and apply effects?
I use Photoshop 7.0. Old, I know, but I'm most comfortable with 7.0, not CS2 or CS3.

haha Phothsop CS3 is idiot-proof software man!
I remember darkdegree used paint before and his skins turns out quite well too.

I used PAINT TOO ! But that's for my first 5 skins :]
After that, I changed to Marcomedia Fireworks .
& now, I've just got my photoshop CS3 but still mastering the skills x]

i got my adobe photoshop cs3 through school.
cos the school makes us buy tablets, and apparently we need to have the adobe suite stuff in it so we bought adobe suite at a discounted rate i think. cos we paid like almost 3k for the tablet, adobe suite, some pretty good virus program, and some other funnyfunny programs that we use for lessons.

I heard Adobe is pricing Adobe Web Premium CS3 (includes all the photoshop stuffs) at SGD97 only for educators and students Do check it out here:
